Minor In Neuroscience
Program Overview & Goals
The Neuroscience minor at Hendrix College is an interdisciplinary introduction to the scientific study of the nervous system, brain, and behavior. Drawing from biology, psychology, chemistry, and related disciplines, the program explores the molecular, cellular, cognitive, and behavioral foundations of neural function. Through coursework, laboratory experiences, and scientific inquiry, students develop an understanding of how the brain shapes perception, learning, memory, emotion, and behavior while engaging with contemporary questions in neuroscience and human health.
